Takeshiba Lawson Store Automation

Strategic Infrastructure & AI-Driven Retail Deployment

Project Overview

Serving as the Lead Engineer for this high-stakes technology demonstrator, I was responsible for the end-to-end execution of an autonomous retail solution for a new strategic client. I managed the entire project lifecycle—from initial hardware sourcing and resource planning to stakeholder communication and final deployment.

On the technical side, I specified the high-performance server architecture required for person-tracking computer vision and successfully deployed the integrated software stack. This served as a successful proof-of-concept validating Accel Robotics' core technology.
